Specimen Collection and Handling

For Body fluids -

Collect at least 1 ml fresh specimen in properly labeled clean syringe, tube or bottle.

Do NOT submit syringe with needle attached. Submit as much fluid as possible up to one liter. Place in bio bag. Refrigerate and deliver to lab as soon as possible.
